Spring Detox ‘Grounded and Grateful Retreat


Join us for the Spring Grounded and Grateful ‘Detox retreat’ facilitated by Brooke, Owner & Founder of Figtree Retreat and Be Well with Brooke, a born and bred country local with a passion for empowering and educating you in all things wellness.

You will leave feeling grounded and grateful on this upcoming group wellness retreat at the newly re-launched FigTree Retreat. Together we will enjoy nourishing group yoga classes that inspire, empower, relax and restore the body, mind and spirit as well as indulge in a 1hr bodywork practice and immerse in nature, plus so much more!

This retreat is a seasonal retreat. What this means is that all food, activities and practices are tailored to suit the current season and bodies needs.

Spring

Some of the activities include:

  • Daily Yoga and Mindfulness practices to detox the body and digestive system

  • 1hr Lymphatic drainage full body massage

  • Paddle Boarding and outdoor Barrell sauna sessions

  • Organic Juice Cleanse and Healing Food created by Nutrition Advisor in accordance with your Ayurvedic Body Type

  • Ayurvedic Workshop on cleansing foods and the bodies detoxification system, alongside benefits for doing this once a year for vitality and longevity.

  • 6km Farm Hike over breath taking mountains with an Australian Guide

  • Animal experiences with the Scottish Highland Cattle, Pig and birds.

  • Unlimited use of the wellness sanctuary which includes the yoga shala, sauna, wood fired hot tub and picturesque farmland that surrounds the retreat

  • Nutritious vegetarian meals created by a Nutrition Advisor on day 1 & 3

  • Seasonal activity: (for eg. Journalling practice, body-clay workshop, beeswax wraps, mandala creation)

  • Creating new friends over conversations that factor in womens health and wellbeing, nourishment and lifestyle.
