Join Maddie for her health and fitness retreat hosted over 3 days. You will participate in a fitness class, hike, nutrition session with an interactive demo, breath work and mindfulness session, interaction with animals (including Scottish highland cows), yoga session, cold water immersion with breath work and sauna therapy session, and your choice of beauty treatment.
